At Table Tennis Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your new paddle, rubber, or apparel isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original packaging with tags attached; please note that custom-assembled paddles with glued rubbers cannot be returned.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your table tennis gear in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
