How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for table tennis equipment?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-assembled rackets cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
