This attacking blade matches the veneer combination that Zhang Jike played with during his active career. The Chinese world champion and Olympic gold medalist worked closely with DONIC's development department, who executed his specifications precisely: an inner veneer of extremely light Kiri wood, covered with Ayous veneer and two layers of hardened aramid carbon. The outer veneer consists of two layers of hard African Koto wood. Zhang Jike was not only extremely ambitious as a player and perfected his technique, he is now doing the same in the field of material development. Under his leadership, a dynamic blade was developed that is a powerful weapon for ambitious players.
